Eugene Canty married in 1903-04 in NYC Mary (b.McGrath 1870 m.1 Gibbons m.2 Ring). Mary, mygrandmother, was from Galbally parish, (Barna townland) in Limerick Co. on borderline of Tipperary Co. with records in Cashel-Emly Tipperary Family Research Center and possibly also in Limerick County. Now Millstreet in Northwest Cork Co where Ring was born and Barna in Limerick where Mary was born and Hospital where some Canty's were born are relatively close to each other in Ireland. Newcomers to the USA often tended to live in close proximity as they did in Ireland. McGrath, Ring, and Canty lived on the same NYC block. Eugene, with Mary, had a son Eugene and a daughter Bridget both of whom died in infancy. Has a Eugene Canty shown up in anyone's research? Thank you. Catherine
