Kathy, Would it be possible to put the surname first or shorten the title because the surnames aren't even showing in my subject line and I have to open each email to see the surname. Not trying to be picky, I think what you're doing is wonderful, just have so much mail, trying to suggest something to make things a little more efficient. Thanks.
