    3. The relevance is that maybe it might give other people who may be working on putting up a website for burials to do something similiar. I meant it as giving an IDEA as to what can be done. I have talked to people at other cemeteries and they have been excited about the format of the website. 3. Brilliant idea for modern cemeteries where records are available. There are some cemeteries here where local history enthusiasts have copied headstone inscriptions-most graves were unmarked. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Carla Johnson" <csj0767@sbcglobal.net> To: <irl-limerick@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, March 21, 2008 5:26 PM Subject: Re: [IRL-LIMERICK] Fantastic Cemetery Websites > The relevance is that maybe it might give other people who may be working > on putting up a website for burials to do something similiar. 3. Apart from the use of this site as a model for other sites is it not possible that there are people of Irish and/or Limerick extraction buried there? > > ----- Original Message ---- > > From: george kelly <geokel@eircom.net> > > To: irl-limerick@rootsweb.com > > Sent: Friday, March 21, 2008 10:06:21 AM > > Subject: Re: [IRL-LIMERICK] Fantastic Cemetery Websites > > > > Google "Ogden cemetery".Very intersesting for Utah people, but I just > > wonder > > re it's relevance to Limerick list? > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: "Hannigan Family Research" <research@hannigangenealogy.us> > > To: <chris@stow-jones.co.uk>; <irl-limerick@rootsweb.com> >

    3. AS a frequent visitor to Utah I have found many Irish buried in their cemeteries. They came to work in the silver mines and some became millionaires. As an example, Thomas Kearns, born in Ontario, but whose parents were both born in Ireland. He became a Senator and built his house in Salt Lake City which is now the Governor's mansion.
