So quote away fellow listers and rest assured that you are not violating anyone's copyright! What about those of us Listers who do not have Personal web sites? I guess this means that we will not be able to share that information with each other on this List? What a shame. I have written to IFHF for clarification as to whether they will allow postings to a list. We are not strictly speaking a website. Kitty - and ALL - I believe the point that IFHF is making is that you CANNOT post their information to a source where you RECEIVE payment for the information. This is a popular position. They want the person who received compensation for the information to be THEM. As long as the information is not posted in a "For-Profit status' you should not be violating the agreements. As James stated - I am not a lawyer or related to a lawyer that I am aware of - just have sufficient dealings in legal matters regarding copyright issues in my work with a Not For Profit newspaper.
