Thank you, Jack. I should have added, that at this time, I am only interested in these specific counties in Ireland. Also, I encourage anyone who hasn't taken advantage of DNA testing for genealogy that FamilyTree DNA is having their annual promotional sale right now through Dec. 31st. Prices are very low. Family lore stated that our Grahams had come from Scotland and were descended from the famous Grahams there. However, I saw on a census record that my ggg-grandfather had said he was born in Ireland (or was of Irish descent). Years later DNA analysis showed we had a DNA 'signature' common to people from these counties, especially Hogans and O' Briens. This DNA signature is commonly known as Irish Haplogroup Type III. I would never have known this without the test.
