I am interested in the HIGGINS family of Rathkeale. WILLIAM HIGGINS born abt 1832 Rathkeale, possibly baptism recorded in St Mary's RC Church Rathkeale. Father was also William Higgins. I have tried contacting the curator of the church but get no reply...any suggestions please? Sylvia
