I can't see this being opened any time soon, it is a big jump from getting the 1911 census opened early. There are plenty of people alive who themselves or their parents are on that census and although to us it looks like very minimal information, to them it is their lives. We should be patient with this and at least wait 90 years (as I'm not that naive to think they will be lock for the official 100 years). Which really is only 5 years away and in research time, that's not that long.
