They're in the Irish Life mall, Dublin+ also in Rosscommon. You can order certs online. Civilreg only began in 1864 so nothing before that. That is, of course, going to open you to credit card fraud. If you are going to do that, best if your bank will let you do a special number for a purchase. Some banks have a Safe number you can use where you specify a maximum amount. In that way no one can gain access to your credit card since it is a one time small amount. Check with your bank about this. It is usually available with online banking. Credit cards can be used.? I have not had an issue with any type of fraud over the years from them.? However, I do not fax the form or fill it out on line.? I print it out and 'snail" mail it.? It does take longer but for the North Coast of USA it's a 6 - 8 week turnaround.? I should say, we have a credit card which has only a $500 limit which we use this type of transaction.
