As Christina suggested, use the GRO at Rosscommon.  Credit cards can be used.  I have not had an issue with any type of fraud over the years from them.  However, I do not fax the form or fill it out on line.  I print it out and 'snail" mail it.  It does take longer but for the North Coast of USA it's a 6 - 8 week turnaround.  I should say, we have a credit card which has only a $500 limit which we use this type of transaction.
