Gorteenavskagh or Gorteennaskagh in Caherconlish civil? parish, or now in Caherconlish RC parish Caherconlish was once a barony and became a parish; Part went to Murroe parish (50 dwellings), and Cahrelly, Ludden, Carrigparson and a portion of Inch St. Laurence went to Ballybricken. In 1840, Caherline & Caherconlish (Inch St. Laurence) consisted of Caherline: Baskethill, Boskhill, Ballyhudane, Ballybrood, Ballyhobin, Ballyvoumeen, Ballyadam, Castle-Erkin, Dunvullen, Greenane, Gortnacaha, Gragane, Garryduff, Gortbrien, Gortmuic, Lombardstown, Moigh, Tantore, Wood. Inch St. Laurence was detached from Ballybricken and attached to Caherconlish, and a small area of Caherconlish was transferred to Boher in Murroe parish, and a small portion of Caherconlish was attached to Ballybricken. Part of Cahirconlish, or all, once also belonged to Bohermore parish Boher RC parish, not "Moher": Now Murroe and Boher; in the Baronies of Owneybeg and Clanwilliam in Co. Limerick; Murroe & Boher were once united in the old parish of Abbeyowney (Abington) and Clonkeen and later Boher was detached and given to Caherconlish and then even later reunited - Ballyart, Brittas, Boher, Bohergar, Cloughnadromin, Eyon, Grange, "Gurteenaskaugh", Kishiquirk, Knockanee, Killinure (Killeen in it), Kilronan, Lismullane, Molug, Sandylane, Tubber-Molug.
