Hi again Marie. So, then, if you know John Meehan was a grocer (the kind of business he had), what further information are you looking for? Why do you want a list of businesses? Do you want to know how many other grocers there were in Ballingarry? Or are you looking for the address of his business? Do you want to know exactly where he lived? Or something else? You might be able to answer some of these questions without finding a list of businesses from the 1860s, which could be a hard thing to find.
