Dominick 1914 - 2004 LUDLOW - Rose M. (Caske) Dominick, 90, of Miller St., Ludlow, died Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at home. Born in Syracuse, New York, she resided in Ludlow for the past (52) years. Rose was a loving wife, mother and homemaker. At age 60, and for the next (20) years, she was a foster grandmother for Monson State Hospital and the Urban League at Quaboag Children's Center in Palmer. Her great joy in life was spending time with her large family of which she was very proud. She enjoyed bingo and most recently nightly card games with her children and grandchildren. Rose was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Ludlow. She is survived by two sons, Leo R. Dominique and Francis C. Dominique and his wife Alice, all of Ludlow; three daughters, Bernice R. Batista, Geraldine L. Ayers and Diane M. Pease and her husband Robert all of Ludlow; a brother, Raymond Smith of Thorndike; a sister, Francine Brunelle of Indian Orchard; (16) grandchildren; (36) great-grandchildren; and (8! ) great-great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Rose was predeceased by her husband of (63) years, Leo W. Dominick who died in 1993. The funeral will be Monday morning from the Ratell Funeral Home, 200 Main St., Indian Orchard at 9 a.m., followed by the Liturgy of Christian Burial in St Mary of the Assumption Church, 485 East St., Ludlow at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Indian Orchard.
