They have primarily associated with Sligo, but I believe they are also associated with Roscommon and Leitrim. I am interested in any info whatsoever- about living/deceased Phibbs, their marriages, births, deaths, census returns etc. Many of the Phibbs' I have researched have been associated with teh army, so anybody who can access military records etc, I would also be grateful if you could post here or contact me. In addition, information on any of the families they have been associated with would be great- these include: Irwin, Ormsby, Lloyd, Fleming, Clifford, McDermott, Boileau, Taylor, Knott, Wynne, White and Johnston, though I am particularly interested in the connection with the Eccles and Gawleys.
