I can't lay my hands on the photo, but he died in approximately 1958. He would have been about the age of my grandfather, John J. Grelis, Jr., who was born in the 1880s, here in Philadelphia. My great-grandfather, John Joseph Grelis, was a committeeman and magistrate in Philadelphia and the son of Dennis Grelis, who emigrated from Ireland between 1840-1850.
