Their children, Jane, Edward, Abigail, John, Thomas, Saunders and Benjamin, were all born in Kilkenny. Benjamin was my gr gr grandfather. He studied at Trinity College, Dublin, became a missionary to Canada and eventually was elected bishop (C of E).
