I believe my ggrandfather was a Michael Donahoe born around 1825 in Ireland. However, in the 1860's until his death in 1908 he lived in the town of Litchfield, near Utica, NY. Three of his son's moved to Illinois - probably in the 1880's. Please let me know if you think there is any connection here. I have a lot of "holes" when it comes to the Donahoe's.
