Hi, I am new to this List and I am trying to trace my Gt-Grandparents families in Ireland and I wonder if anyone has them on their family tree. My Gt-Grandfather was Daniel Martin born about 1809 & married to Bridget Hollans/Holland in Ireland (I do not have the date). In 1842 they moved to Kelso, Scotland with their 2 year old son John Martin (my Grandfather) another son Daniel Jr. was born in Kelso in 1848. Both Daniel & Bridget died in Kelso in the 1870's. Daniel Jr. married Margaret Boland in Kelso in 1871 & had 2 children. Bridget born 1871 & Daniel born in 1872. Gt-Gt-Grandparents were John Martin married to Rose Dempsey & Barnett Hollans/Holland married to Janet Coultney. I am not sure exactly what part of Ireland but could be either Co.Leitrim, Co. Monaghan or Co. Cavan as all 3 Counties have a thread running through the info. that I have so far. Also would anyone know what part of Ireland the 87th.
