It filled in the pieces of the puzzle that I was missing for Francis Mary Marsh and Richard Crofton. This is where my line branches off to Crofton-Atkins. Richard had a mistress, named Emily Catherine Ann Brown, who gave birth to Rev. William Arthur Crofton-Atkins. Emily's Mother was Catherine Ann Atkins, daughter of William Atkins of Ardagh, Co. Cork, Her father's name was William James Brown of Gravesend, Kent. Emily subsequently married William Randell of Combe Bank, Kent. Rev. William Arthur Crofton Atkins, was my great Great Grandfather.
