Here is a website where you can download all the census forms for the USA and states where they had state censuses, plus all the forms for Canada, Ireland, UK, Scotland and also for Tribal registration (DAWES). Included are great tracker tools, where you can keep a record for each person you are researching on one page that will give you what censuses you found them in, where they lived, etc. This is totally free and I've used the service since Gary Minder started it years ago.
