Children born Canada East, NY, and Illinois. My McLaughlins are from Drumboy and Bridget McLaughlin married my GGGrandfather, Thomas Devitt from Dergvone (north Leitrim) in Chicago in 1859. Thomas' brother Phelim married an Anne Reynolds in Chicago about 1863. I have always wondered if there were any connections with the Drumboy Reynolds since the Devitts knew the McLaughlins of Drumboy and they all lived fairly close to each other- within blocks. Don't know anything about Anne Reynolds.
