    1. Transcription Volunteers Wanted! One hour of your time! (Leitrim Tithes)
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/YWC.2ACI/5400 Message Board Post: Pat Connors has posted the images of Cloone Parish 1836 Tithe Records online at Rootsweb. Eventually Cloonlogher Parish Tithes will be online, too. These records will be of more value to you and other people, if we can look for our relatives' surnames in an alphabetical list, especially if we don't know what townland they came from. To see what the Tithes list of names looks like, please see this page for example: http://www.rootsweb.com/~irllet/records/001.JPG Volunteers will be given five pages of which names only (and townland they are in) will be transcribed. If we get 15 volunteers, that will take care of a a big chunk of the work! If you are interested, please send an email to me, and I will assign the pages to you. For those with slow dial-up, please let me know, and you will be assigned the images that are already on the web site. If you have a faster connection, I would like to email you the five pages, which will be about 2.5MB. Thanks for helping us increase the amount of free data available for County Leitrim! Susan Daily
