The neighbouring Donegal RC Parish to Kinlough is Innismacsaint which includes Ballyshannon Town and those registers don't go back far enough either for a baptismal record for either Elizabeth or Charles. However, Innismacsaint RC registers are available on microfilm through LDS #979704 item 6 but verify that number with LDS before ordering. There are baptisms and marriages to 1848 and there may be some family connections there. Tom Feeley has done a history of Kinlough but is no longer maintaining the online site http://homepage.eircom.net/~fmasters/khistory.html Tom had been principal of Four Masters School in Kinlough but I don't know if he's still on secondment or what his current status is. You might try contacting the school in the autumn when it reopens. Here's the link: http://homepage.eircom.net/~fmasters/index.html There are many Feeleys/Feelys in the online 1901 Leitrim Census. Here's the link and just enter the surname with each variation. It 's primarily spelled Feely but there are a couple spelled as Feeley. Select Leitrim as your search county. http://www.leitrim-roscommon.com/1901census/census.shtml Kinlough is in Rossinver Civil Parish. There are no census records in Ireland for the 1800s and no vital records before 1864 except Protestant marriages starting in 1845. There are no records of who emigrated and where they went.
