Kinloch, Leitrim in 1883. Would a birth certificate be available for that period and if so where would I write for it? He may be the Hamilton Blair who married Ann Fletcher in Manor Hamilton in 1818 and was "from Fermangah" Children he is known to have raised in Kinlough area are Ellen, Isabella and Edward. Any help appreciated.
