Search on: http://www.leitrim-roscommon.com/1901census/census.shtml Assuming that's the Jeremiah listed in the Cancellation books, he wasn't born after civil registration started and so there wouldn't be a civil birth record for him. You'd then need to look for his baptismal record perhaps in the same location he's was enumerated in for the 1901 census for whatever his religious denomination was. He may have died in 1931 which might have been the reason for the change in the land lease.
