While the "Briggs" location was for my new DNA Cousin, I have been working the USA side of the pond for my Reynolds relatives. Michael Reynolds And Catherine McGinnis married in RC parish of Mohil in Leitrim in 1851. They disappear until Cartherine and the children arrive in Port New York in May 1865 and the family eventually lived in CT and RI, Leitrim Genealogy center doesnt have any of the children's records so I am hoping US records will give me a clue instead of having to fish in 32 counties for their birth's. If you ever go to DNA, look at the website of familytreedna. they are the largest data base for this type of DNA research, over 100,000 samples to date.
