    3. Hi Sharon - Perhaps you are looking for Killermogh (a/k/a Kildermoy). That would be my thinking anyway, given what would be the translation. It is in the dioese of Ossory, in Upper Woods, Clonenaugh. And (rats) I was just at the Catholic parish listing site there last night but can't find where I put the reference! I'll look for it and send it on to you. BTW, if you don't know about the placename "Borris," it just refers to Maryborough which is also called Borris. Best Regards, Maryjane Honner HONNER/HONOR of Trumera, Mountrath, Mountmellick, Cork and beyond...! ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Heyob" <jheyob@erols.com> To: <IRL-LAOIS-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, January 19, 2002 10:54 AM Subject: [IRL-LAOIS] Dooley,Killinure,Upper Woods,1840s > Hello Everyone, > > I'm new to the list and would like to ask some questions in addition to > posting my County Laois surnames.
