Looking for information on John Whitehead and his wife, Catherine Morehead, from County Queens (Laois). They had at least one child, Anna Maria, born 23 Jun 1845 in the Province of Leinster. That's all I know - how can I find out more? I would, of course, like to know more about John and Catherine, to know whether they had any other children and to know when and how Anna came to the United States (was prior to 1866). I also have reason to believe that Catherine came over here with Anna, but my now-deceased great-aunt never mentioned that John was with them - did he die before the trip (or during the trip?)?
