Looking for some help. I'm assisting a nun who is interested in finding her roots. Circa 1870+ Sylvester Doyle married Margaret McDonald and lived in Ashfield or Gale's Hill. They had eight children - Bridget - born 1/14/1872, Thomas - born 3/30/1873, Michael - born 8/30/1874, Margaret - born 12/12/1875, Mary - born 8/5/1877, James - born 12/1/1878, Kate - born 4/11/1880, John - born 9/9/1882. All the children were born in Ashfield or Gale's Hill. Unknown death dates, but Bridget, Michael, James and Kate were buried in Arles, Co Leix. Thomas, Mary and John were buried in Athy, Co Kildare. Margaret died in Syracuse, NY. The nun is interested in any information, but is most interested in the McDonald side of the family. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
