Hello! I'm pretty new at this, and the only information I really have so far comes from an 1880 era biography of my gggrandfather, Edward Haslam. According to this biography, Edward was born in "Queens Co. in the province of Leinster" on Dec. 8, 1830, & was the son of John and Ann (O'Connor) Haslam. John Haslam died in 1832/33 & the family immigrated to the U.S. in 1847. I've been told that most of the Haslams in the area were Protestant, but my particular line was Catholic. I don't know anything about the O'Connors. Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? I'd appreciate any leads. Thanks in advance. Roxanne
