Do you have any knowledge of Barge People on the Barrow River in Carlow My grandfather Michael Whelan was Born in England on their barge(probably a coal barge)which travelled fr Ire. to Engl.Ere tv had a documentary about the Barrow river barges early this year and I would love to purchase it if it is for sale.
