Hi, List. I'll be going to Ireland in the summer and was hoping that someone could tell me where the R.C. Church for Doonane is and if there may be a nearby cemetery. Also, in the Ireland Townland Database for the census of 1851, I was able to find the townland where my ancestors came from, Gortahile, in the civil parish of Killabban. I was hoping if anyone could tell me if or where I can find out if the name of the townland is still in use, so I can find out where it may be located. I appreciate any help you can provide.
