The below was taken from the will of Willie Matthews of Geashill, in 1974 "My three cousins Jane Carter, Harry Carter and David Carter all of Main Street, Ballyroan, Portlaoise, County Laois." There must be a connection between Matthews, or Justin, with the Carter family of Ballyroan. Any information would be very much appreciated.
