I have a family letter that lists Parents and 5 children that immigrated to Canada in 1832 with the help of Peter Robinson. Peter Robinson has 2 documented settlements in 1823 & 1825 but not 1832. Family is Father I believe James Cavanagh B: Abt 1800 was a soldier for the English Army, his commander was Peter Robinson Children: John B: abt 1825 Thomas B: abt 1827 Patrick B: Feb 2 1829 Ann b: 1831 Maria B: 1836 in Canada James is wife might have been Catherine Kenny or Mary DeLury(sp?). I am trying to find a marriage record and/or birth records to prove/disprove that Catherine Kenny was indeed James' wife and mother of John, Thomas, Patrick and Ann.
