You can post them here or send to me. Hello there... The last couple of Christmas seasons I have posted my good friend's recipe for Irish Soda Bread on my Longford website. I will put them on a new page if the interest is there. Oh, why not call the recipe after the ancestor or location in Ireland they came from. Authentic is what we aim for. Handed down - whether in Ireland, Australia or America all work for me. I am still looking for recipes.
