I cannot help but think that this is the family that my Catherine Mulhall married into; her son was a "Father Dooling" supposedly of the Chicago diocese in the early 1880's. Her sister or half sister Ann Mulhall / Munhall married a Lawlor and they settled in the area of Pittsburgh, PA, in Braddock, Pennsylvania. My gg grandmother, their sister Bridget, married Michael Conner / O'Connor of Abbeyleix and then most likely of Birmingham, England, in Feb.1854 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, then lived in Illinois briefly, then in Minnesota.
