John DONNELLY, shoemaker, (born circa 1801 Co. Laois) married Elizabeth COSTIGAN (born circa 1806 Co. Laois) 1826 at Ballinakill Co. Laois. Elizabeth COSTIGAN may (?) have been baptised 1806 at Ballinakill, parents shown on register as James Costigan and Catherine Murphy. Most of their children I have found baptised in Carlow Town at the RC Cathedral of Assumption between 1829-1848. But still looking for the eldest child, Patrick DONNELLY baptised about 1826-1830.
