    2. I would be careful with this type of request since this individual has not indicated the name of the school that he attends. How do you verify that he is not just working for a marketing concern to get email addresses and names/locations for marketing or spam.     3. Dear List, I am only new to this list and am happy to have joined such a knowledgeable group. I am searching for information of my grgrgrgrandmother, Catherine Howe. She was born circa 1803 in Kilkenny (sorry but that is the only location given). Her father was Garrett Howe and mum was also Catherine Howe. She was a convict transported to Sydney in 1828 on the "City of Edinburgh" for stealing. She may have had a sister, Jane. I know quite a lot about her - even her appearance, but would love to find out about her life in Ireland. Looking forward to hearing from a fellow researcher.
