More detail on records you could search in Australia is at http://www.rootsweb.com/~irlker/find.html While that URL contains information on researching in Co. Kerry records, the beginning section "Where Do I Begin" has a list of possible sources and each item on the list can be linked for more detail. The information there would be generally applicable to researching anywhere the emigrants went. http://www.rootsweb.com/~irlker/find.html Since you have Ann's father's name, you can also check Griffiths Valuation for his name and possible townland. Griffiths was a list of people who owned or leased land and was done for tax purposes. It will only list the persons surname and given name with the location of the property they owned or rented. When you find the listing, you would need to be sure to identify if there was a dwelling on the property to determine where he actually lived. People rented land for farming (tillage) only. Griffiths is online and is fee based and would also be available at a LDS Family History Centre.
