Elizabeth Arthur FRENCH was born abt. 1827 in ANTRIM, NIR.; died May 27, 1898. In 1848 she married William Patrick CARR who was born in 1821 in Kilkenny, IR; died 1861. I would like to know if my information is correct and if anyone knows more about this FRENCH family. I think Elizabeth's father, ANTHONY JOHN FRENCH was born in Ir., died 1836 in New Ross, Co. Wexford, IR.(buried in St. Mary's Abbey) and married Anne Lang Hawthorne abt 1780. Anne was born abt 1761, died 1831 in New Ross, IR ( death date is from FHC British film.
