    3. I am trying to find my Caroline CLEMENTS born c. 1864. Unfortunately I have no further details other than she married a William BIRKIN and was living in West Yorks.. on the 1891 Census. On the 1901 Census she lists her birthplace as Belfast, but I have found a family of CLEMENTS in the same area who are listed as being born in Kilkenny. Any help would be appreciated. Regards Janet

    3. Elizabeth Arthur FRENCH was born abt. 1827 in ANTRIM, NIR.; died May 27, 1898. In 1848 she married William Patrick CARR who was born in 1821 in Kilkenny, IR; died 1861. I would like to know if my information is correct and if anyone knows more about this FRENCH family. I think Elizabeth's father, ANTHONY JOHN FRENCH was born in Ir., died 1836 in New Ross, Co. Wexford, IR.(buried in St. Mary's Abbey) and married Anne Lang Hawthorne abt 1780. Anne was born abt 1761, died 1831 in New Ross, IR ( death date is from FHC British film.
