Hi Joyce, Very possibly. I have found that a Thomas Loakman married Ann Sloane around the same time that my Patrick Loakman married Ann Brady(about 1856), so I thought Thomas and Patrick might be brothers. I still have no concrete connection. They did both live in Naas. Cecile
