Hi Don, You are welcome for the previous info. Naas is one of the larger towns in Kildare. Large enough to have a courthouse! My cousin pronounces it N-ace. Have you checked: 1766 Religious census 1796 Flax Growers List (longshot) 1796 Freeholders List 1823-1838 Tithe Applotments (lists heads of households) 1847-1864 Griffith's Valuation ??? Some of the above dates may vary from one county to another. These may be available to you locally at a FHC. I just found the following at: http://myirishancestry.com/index.php/plain/griffiths Reynolds Patrick Mornington Colp Meath Reynolds Patrick Loganstown Kilcooly Meath Reynolds Patrick Corballis Kilddalkey Meath Reynolds Patrick Rathkenna Kilddalkey Meath Reynolds Patrick Devinstown Killary Meath Reynolds Patrick Dangan Laracor Meath Reynolds Patrick Newtown Newtownclonbun Meath Reynolds Patrick Village of Newtown Trim,Newtown Newtownclonbun Meath Reynolds Patrick Calgath Rodanstown Meath Reynolds Patrick Dolanstown Rodanstown Meath Reynolds Patrick Main Street,(Townparks North) Trim Meath I may have missed some so be sure to check yourself, just in case. Hi Marge, Thanks again for your help. I have just started researching Patrick Reynolds as I only discovered him about 2 weeks ago. It is a pity that the list of Reynolds in Co Meath does not have dates, I will try the FHC of the LDS later this week to see what they have. The Census Lists you detailed in your email may be a help if it lists the families as well as the head otherwise the 1823-1838 list of titles would be a possible source of information, the remainder either too early or late. Is it possible to access the Naas achieves and if so how to I go about the research?
