This could be the one you are looking for based on the birth of his eldest son. I don't know if you are familiar with FreeBMD but if not simply log on and search weddings for Michael Cooney either using the date or the reference given. Once you get the page up you will see the names of all four people on the page. It might be a coincidence but there is a margaret there. This Margaret Riley might just be who you are looking for.
