Hello, I was wondering, pls., if SKS might be able to help me with a couple of questions one on prof. genealogists, on how they charge their clients, or, when someone else does some research for someone else, once or twice, and the second on Cty., Kerry, itself. I know of someone who is dong some research for people. There are times when a lot of her searches are "dead ends" and she was wondering, whether, or, not she should charge for these "dead ends". She pays for her own travelling expenses, etc. Should she pay for these "dead ends", or not? Second, I have been told that the Kerry Library does not have anything on my TWISS surname. Now, I was wondering, please, would any of the other libraries, in within Kerry, have any info. and would they send it over to the Kerry Library? Also, how much do they charge, does anyone know, in Ireland? Or, would their fees be any different than anywhere else? Thank you very much. Shannah TWISS from Canada overpond06@gmail.com
