    3. A little late on the subject of baptism, but here is a story. My grandmother, Julia Dennehey Coakley, widowed in 1914; worked as a licensed practical nurse in Bridgeport CT area. She worked for upper middle class families, not of the Catholic faith. She loved those little ones, and to prevent them from going to hell, as was believed back then in USA, she would baptize the babes. It didn't matter the faith or lack thereof. There are more catholics in CT than there should be --sort of like democrats.
