Hi Trish, I booked through Hertz and I'm not sure if I got the extra insurance or not--I'm hoping I can add it when I get there. I may upgrade to an automatic after hearing the advice from everyone! It is considerably more expensive though. I drove a stick here for many years but it probably is a bit trickier driving on the opposite side of the car... Thanks!
