    3. I had exactly the same hubcap experience. Bought a new one for $20 and saved myself a lot of grief at the car return. A wonderful bit of advice was provided by the rental car company van driver as we went over to get our cars. He said, "Just remember to keep the center line next to you." i.e. on the driver's side. That has saved me more than once. Have a great time. Reply to Blaine_oconnell@alumni.holycross.edu

    3. Hi All, Thank you all for your driving instructions to hug the center line--it is very helpful advice and will be my mantra as I drive around in my little VW Fox with the stick shift! I'm hoping it is easy to navigate in Killarney and the surrounding area. I did drive once in Sydney Australia and, as I remember, did quite well except for the one time I made a sudden swerve off the highway to stop at a roadside stand for fresh strawberries! I nearly took out the stand but he forgave me and was actually quite nice about the whole thing! Thanks, Donna ----- Original Message ----- From: "Blaine O'Connell" <blainewi@sbcglobal.net> To: <irl-kerry@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, September 17, 2007 4:47 PM Subject: Re: [IRL-KERRY] Good Luck >I had exactly the same hubcap experience.
