    3. Donna Landing fees make flight to and from Heathrow more expensive than from Stansted. Ryanair undertakes more daily flights to and from Cork than to Kerry. On the plus side Kerry Airport is less than 10 miles from Killarney so you could take a cab. The sooner you book, the cheaper the flights. As has already been pointed out the road from Cork to Killarney (only 55 miles) is very good, and not too busy, and I know you would easily adapt to driving on the other side of the road. Ryanair has a partnership with Hertz - car hire company - and it is possible to hire a car at same time as booking you flight. Having booked your ticket all you have to do is click on "Hertz Car Hire" and fill in your details (your flight details will come up automatically) and car will be waiting for you at Airport. It is worth paying the little extra for full comprehensive car insurance. Ireland's national bus company is "Bus Eireann", see website (buseireann.ie) for moreinformation and timetables. The company runs daily services from Cork City to Killarney andcould be used instead of hiring a car. There is a very good train service (Stansted Express) to and from Stansted Airport from London, Liverpool Street Station - takes about 45 minutes. See website "stanstedexpress.com". The underground tube service also stops at Liverpool Street Station. Sightseeing in London is simple. You can either do it yourself, using the underground tube service (which has a station at or very close to each major tourist attraction) or else take take one of the many tour buses. For example The Big Bus Sighseeing Tour, which runs at regular intervals, will take you all over London, including the Tower of London. This tour allows you to hop off and on at your convenience. If you like a sight you can get off and peruse and then hop on the next bus that comes along. If you would like to see more information on such tours just look up "London City Tours" on the website So little time and so much to see.
