Hi,I In Pittsburgh, the parade is always the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day, unless St. Patrick's Day falls on Saturday - then they are one in the same. This upsets many local performers and bar owners because when the parade falls on the actual day, it cuts into their profits. This year, however, few will realize that the 'actual' day has been moved by the catholic church to be the same as the parade. So, my guess is we will celebrate on the 15th AND the 17th.
