I'm not sure what you mean by - amending his birth cert. How can that be changed without a Court Order and what effect would that have on his children. His DNA and his children's DNA would still be a match. His parents would be effected by the change. In a message dated 9/28/2010 6:49:14 A.M. If he passed away and was not married or had any other children would they be entitled to his father's estate? Has anyone else had this situation it is difficult as they don't live in Ireland thanks _______________ --------------- Policies of the IRL-Kerry List: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~irlker/mailing.html To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message.
